Case study

SOS travel app — Dubai, UAE

A traveler app, driver app, admin panel and website that give travelers help from the moment they land.

    The problem

First-time travelers arriving in a new country often don't know where to go, what to do next, or who to ask. Airport staff are usually too busy to help everyone. A small question at arrival can turn into a stressful trip, and in an emergency, not knowing where to turn is worse.

    What we built

We built a complete travel assistance platform: an app for travelers, an app for drivers, an admin panel and a website.

    • Traveler app. Travelers create an account and get guidance as soon as they land. The app covers common emergencies, including medical ones, with clear steps and nearby hospitals. Travelers can request a driver and track them live on a map with an arrival time.
    • Driver app. Drivers receive requests, travel to the traveler's location and guide them through whatever they need.
    • Admin panel. The operations team manages drivers and sees each driver's live location and status, including whether they're available or on the way.
    • Website. A public website that introduces the service to travelers.

    The result

The client went from an idea to a working, launched platform, with every part of it built by one team. Travelers now have help in their pocket from the moment they land, and the operations team can see and manage every driver in real time.
